  • We don’t offer rubbish removal, as our vans are kept clean and reserved for moving your household items. However, we’re happy to point you toward local services that can help with waste disposal.

  • We operate two Luton-sized vans, each 3.5 tonnes with approximately 75 sq ft of loading space. These vans are ideal for residential areas and tight access. For larger-than-average moves, we can provide additional vans to ensure everything is transported safely and efficiently.

  • Our fully uniformed team includes up to 8 professional lifters. The number of team members assigned to your move is carefully assessed based on your specific needs. We take pride in providing a clean, respectful, and well-organised crew that always puts the customer first. Nothing is ever too much trouble—and we don’t leave until you’re completely satisfied.

  • While we always recommend giving as much notice as possible—especially to pencil in potential moving dates—we understand that plans can change.   • Yes, we do. While we don’t remove waste ourselves, we can clear properties into skips and deliver furniture or other items to charity shops or buyers as requested. We always handle house clearances with care and sensitivity—especially in cases of bereavement. Sentimental items are treated with the utmost respect, and your instructions are followed closely every step of the way.

  • We prefer to conduct in-person viewings to fully assess your move, belongings, and property access. However, in certain situations—such as when you live further away or need to add extra items—we may ask you to send photos or videos to help us provide an accurate quote and plan your move effectively.

  • Yes, we do require a deposit between £100-£250, depending on the service. The deposit is due within 3 days of your moving date and not at the time of the booking, giving you more flexibility. This approach helps secure your spot while allowing room in case your move falls through. Unlike many other removal companies that require 50% upfront, we aim to make the process easier for you. We accept cash as well as other convenient payment methods.
